Our chef-driven events are often paired with local, regional or even world-renown wines. Each course is served with a wine specifically chosen to compliment the flavors and ingredients. Often, we’ll have the Vintner or a representative of the winery on hand to explain why that specific wine was chosen, tasting notes, and tips.
For those who like a little something stronger, you’ll not be disappointed! From whiskey to vodka and even moonshine, we’ve partnered with some of the best Texas artisans who specialize in distilling spirits. We’ve even worked with makers of top-notch mixers to create specialty cocktails for pairings.
